Lemon Thyme Cake
Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Buttermilk, Lemon Juice, White Chocolate, Butter, 35% Cream, Baking Powder, Cornstarch, Cake Stabilizer, Thyme, Lemon Zest.
Layers of sponge cake and lemon thyme pastry cream finished with white chocolate ganache, candied lemon peel and fresh thyme.
Light texture, subtle lemon flavour.
Can be frozen whole but not recommended once cut
