Baked Side of Salmon
Wild Rice Pilaf – Marinated Asparagus – Braised Artichokes – Provencal Tomato Chutney with Spring Herbs
Ingredients: salmon, parboiled rice, wild rice, asparagus, artichokes, tomato, rosemary, thyme, shallots, garlic, chervil, olive oil, canola oil, salt, pepper
Heating: preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid and tomato chutney. Heat for 15-20 mins. Top with tomato chutney.
