Baked Side of Salmon with Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf, Smoked Salmon Brandade, Charred Broccoli and Thyme Brown Butter
Ingredients: salmon filet, wild rice, parboiled rice, smoked salmon, potato, egg, 2% milk, flour, broccoli, cranberries, thyme, butter, canola oil, salt, pepper
Heating: preheat oven to 350F. Heat salmon, rice, broccoli and brandade for 20-30 mins. Meanwhile, in a separate pot on the stovetop, heat brown butter over low heat until just melted.
