Braised Angus Eye of Round with Red Chimichurri Sauce, Twice Cooked ‘Smashed’ Red Skinned Potatoes and Honey Roasted Carrots (GF)
INGREDIENT: flat iron steak, potatoes, butter, leeks, green onion, roasted garlic, kale, cream kosher salt, fennel, roasted red peppers, parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, chives, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon, chili flakes
FROM FRESH: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic lid and red chimichurri sauce. Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven and serve with red chimichurri.
FROM FROZEN: 350F for 25-35 minutes, or until hot.
