Ingredients: Chicken breast, olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, lemon zest, parboiled rice, onion, carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, chicken stock, mini red potatoes, yoghurt, dill, mint, kosher salt, ground black pepper
Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic lid and tzatziki. Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot.
