East Coast Atlantic Cod with Smashed Red Skin Potatoes, Creamy Leeks & Peas, Roasted Fennel & Pangrattato (GF)
INGREDIENT: cod, leeks, celery, peas, chicken stock, cream, green onion, red skin potatoes, fennel, lemon, olive oil, ground black, lemon, sugar pepper, kosher, canola oil
FROM FRESH: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic lid. Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven and serve, garnished with fennel pangrattato.
FROM FROZEN: 350F for 25-35 minutes, or until hot.
