Herb Crusted Pork Loin with Smoked Apple Chutney, Winter Vegetable Rice Pilaf and Roasted Butternut Squash (GF)
Ingredients: pork loin, panko, rosemary, thyme, butter, mayo, basmati rice, vegetable stock, olive oil, onion, garlic, carrot, parsnip, sweet potato, butternut squash, kale, apples, raisins, brown sugar, cider vinegar, apple cider, mustard seeds, ginger, lemon juice, kosher salt, parsley, ground black pepper
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic lid and smoked apple chutney . Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven and serve with chutney.
