House-Made Green Pea, Ramp & Goat Cheese Ravioli (V)
Fresh Pasta, Green Peas, Ramps, goat cheese, ramp pesto, blistered cherry tomatoes and Roasted Garlic Crostada
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350F. Bring 2L of salted water to boil in a medium pot. Remove all components except the ravioli from foil container. While water is heating, place Garlic Crostada in oven for 3-5 mins until just warm. Pour boiling water into foil container to cover ravioli. Stir gently and let stand 2-3 minutes. Gently remove ravioli from foil pan. Transfer to plates and garnish with pesto and cherry tomatoes. HEATING TIMES MAY VARY.
