Jerk Picnic with Jamaican Jerk Ribs, Mojo Potatoes, Mango Coleslaw and Corn on the Cob (DF, GF)
Ingredients: baby back ribs, potatoes, cabbage, mango, corn, jerk Seasoning, brown sugar, garlic, onion, scallions, cilantro, honey, lime, chili flakes, olive oil, salt, pepper
Heating: Preheat oven to 350F. Heat ribs and potatoes for 15-20 mins. Meanwhile, in a separate roasting pan, heat corn 5-10 mins. Serve with Mango coleslaw.
