Kaffir Lime Braised Angus Beef Top Round with Chili Maple Miso Glaze, Coconut Rice, Roasted Carrots and Celery with Chive + Toasted Sesame (GF)
INGREDIENT: angus beef, beef stock, keffir lime leaves, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, gf soy sauce, carrots, onions, celery, rice, coconut milk, sesame seeds, chives, maple syrup, miso, ground ginger, mild chili powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper
FROM FRESH: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic lid and deli cup. Pour sauce over the beef, and cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven and serve.
FROM FROZEN: 350F for 25-35 minutes, or until hot.
