Le Coprin Mushroom Pappardelle with Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic Mushroom Sauce + Caramelized Onions, Confit Tomatoes and Grated Grana Padano
INGREDIENT: mushrooms, egg pasta, vegetable stock, heavy cream, dried mushrooms, garlic, butter, flour, sherry, thyme, onions, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper, grape tomatoes, grana padano
FROM FRESH: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic cover and vegetable stock. Pour vegetable stock over pasta, re-cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and heat 20-25 mins or until heated through. Remove from oven, mix and serve.
FROM FROZEN: 350F for 25-35 minutes, or until hot.
