Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Buttermilk, Lemon Juice, White Chocolate, Butter, 35% Cream, Baking Powder, Cornstarch, Cake Stabilizer, Thyme, Lemon Zest.
- Layers of sponge cake and lemon thyme pastry cream finished with white chocolate ganache, candied lemon peel and fresh thyme.
- Light texture, subtle lemon flavour.
- Can be frozen whole but not recommended once cut.
