Ingredients: Butter, flour, icing sugar, cocoa powder, salt, eggs, vanilla extract, dark chocolate, sugar, cream, creme de menthe liquor, peppermint extract, glucose, milk chocolate, candy melts, chocolate crisp pearls 

Description: A chocolate sweet dough shell, filled with soft, gooey, rich brownie flavoured with creme de menthe, topped with a mint chocolate glaze, and a whipped dark chocolate mint ganache. Mostly flavoured with creme de menthe, so it’s not too strongly minty.  Reminiscent of thin mints cookies!
