Ingredients: beef striploin, potatoes, onions, green beans, spaghetti squash, 35% cream, butter, demi glace, dijon, mustard, rosemary, canola oil, salt, pepper

Heating: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove green beans and spaghetti squash. Heat striploin and potatoes for 20-30 mins. In a separate pan heat green beans and spaghetti squash foe for 10-15 mins. On the stovetop, in a small pot heat dijon demi glace over medium heat until simmering. Turn off heat
