Seared Salmon with Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Sauce |Spinach and Cumin Rice I Grilled Zucchini
INGREDIENT: salmon, roasted red peppers, zucchini, onion, tomato, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, bay leaf, smoked paprika, sugar, tomato paste, chili flakes, mild chili powder, rice, lemon, dill, spinach, butter, cumin, chicken stock, kosher salt, ground black pepper
FROM FRESH: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove the plastic lid and tartar sauce. Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot. Remove from oven and serve with tartar sauce.
FROM FROZEN: 350F for 25-35 minutes, or until hot.
