Striploin Steak with Grilled Corn Chimichurri
Ingredients: STEAK: AAA Beef Striploin, Garlic, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar. CHIMICHURRI: Cilantro, Parsley, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Corn, Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
HEATING: Thaw overnight in fridge. Preheat grill or frying pan to high. Rub thin layer of oil on steak and season liberally with salt & pepper. Place steak on grill or in pan and cook 3-4 mins per side for medium-rare. Remove from grill, let rest 2-3 minutes and serve with grilled corn chimichurri.
