Thanksgiving Baked Pappardelle with Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash, Goat Cheese, Brown Butter, Crispy Sage, Sundried Tomato and Roasted Pepper Ragu (V)

Ingredients: pappardelle pasta, butternut squash, goat cheese, butter, sage, sweet potato, sundried tomato, roasted red pepper, shallots, garlic, oregano, red wine vinegar, red wine, salt, pepper

Heating: Preheat oven to 350F. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 mins. Remove foil and cook an additional 7-10 mins until cheese begins to brown.
