We have two locations in Ottawa to serve you:

Wellington West (1255 Wellington St. W):
Open Monday to Friday 8 AM – 6 PM,
Saturday 8 AM -5 PM,
Sunday 10 AM – 5 PM.

Carling Avenue (1845 Carling Ave):
Open Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM, Closed Sundays

Both shops are stocked with our classic Thyme & Again staples, including fresh lunch offerings, sandwiches, soups, and a variety of pantry staples like our famous dips, chips, pâtés, and homemade preseves. You can also find a rotating selection of seasonal desserts, frozen casseroles, pies, and quiches perfect for easy home meals. We also have a wonderful decor and gift merchandise.

Yes! You can browse our curated selection of gift baskets—filled with our signature Thyme & Again items, local treats, and pantry staples—directly on our website. During checkout, you can select your preferred pick-up location or opt for local delivery if available in your area.

Our online baskets are designed to showcase the best of our current seasonal inventory. If you are looking for a custom-curated basket for a large corporate order or a special event, please email us directly at catering@thymeandagain.ca or call our office, and we would be happy to discuss a personalized selection.

For pre-curated baskets, we typically require 24-36 hours to assemble and prepare your order for pick-up or delivery. If you have a last-minute request, please give us a call at (613) 722 0093, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes! You can explore our menus and pre-order our prepared fresh entrees, frozen pies, casseroles and soups, and dessert options directly through our website, select your desired menu items for pickup or delivery.

We encourage customers to participate in our jar and bottle recycling program—simply bring back your used glass preserve jars, vinaigrette bottles or our pâté jars for a discount on your next purchase. We also offer a discount if you bring your own reusable mug for coffee or tea.

Our green program:

We are passionate and committed to mitigating our environmental impact. We continue to challenge ourselves (and our customers) to come up with solutions to allow us to be as eco friendly as possible! Here are some of the commitments we’ve made so far:

• We believe in reducing our usage of single use plastics – and every little bit helps! Like banning plastic straws at both our locations.
• We ensure proper recycling of products from both locations, as well as out on caterings.
• Promoting our  jar and bottle recycle program (bring back your used glass jars or bottles from pates and vinaigrettes for a discount on your purchase!)
• We encourage you to participate in Bring Your Own Mug- bring in your reusables for coffee or tea –  for a discount – and to help us cut back on waste!

We believe in respecting the ingredient – from start to finish – so we like to partner with institutions that have the same philosophy and commitment to food security.

Partnerships with Cornerstone Housing for Women, Parkdale Food Centre and the Ottawa Mission allow us to do this through commitments to the donation of food, but also through supporting programs that invest in food security on a larger scale – like the Food Services Training Program at the Mission.
