Pâté Maison

Our pâté maison has been part of the Thyme & Again repertoire since we opened in 1991. Inspired by Sheila’s mother’s chicken liver pâté, its secret ingredients are Granny Smith apples and a generous splash of sherry. Delicious with one of our berry compotes, slathered on a baguette or added to a cheese board.
