Beyond The Pale – Pale Ale Project
Based in Ottawa Ontario, Beyond the Pale Brewing is creating a wide range of tasty beers. This example has aromas of grapefruit, nutmeg, honey and coriander. A medium-bodied palate leads to flavours of lemon, green tea, clove and hops with soft carbonation and a clean finish. Try with fried cauliflower and mango chutney.
