Yellow Chickpea Curry & Rice (Vegan, GF)
Ingredients: Shallot, Ginger, Yellow Curry, Coconut Milk, Chickpea, Navy Bean, Red Pepper, Cauliflower, Carrot, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Sugar, Basmati Rice, Salt & Pepper
Heating Instructions: If cooking from frozen, remove plastic cover, cover with foil and heat over to 350 bake for approximately 25-40 minutes.
Or thaw in fridge overnight, remove plastic cover, cover with foil and heat oven to 350 bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or microwave until desired temperature is reached. Times may vary.
Containers are microwaveable – heat until warm.
