INGREDIENTS: FOGO ISLAND COD, LEEKS, CELERY, FENNEL, CARROT, BAY LEAVES, WHITE COOKING WINE, MILK, CREAM, CORN STARCH, DIJON MUSTARD, PARSLEY, DILL, AGED CHEDDAR, BUTTER, POTATO.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
SMALL:
IF COOKING FROM FROZEN, REMOVE PLASTIC COVER.  COVER WITH FOIL AND HEAT OVEN TO 350 BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 30-40 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND CONTINUE TO BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES, OR MICROWAVE UNTIL DESIRED TEMPERATURE IS REACHED. STIR AFTER REMOVING. TIMES MAY VARY.
OR THAW IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT, REMOVE PLASTIC COVER.  COVER WITH FOIL AND HEAT OVEN TO 350 BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 25-30 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND CONTINUE TO BAKE FOR 5-10 MINUTES OR MICROWAVE UNTIL DESIRED TEMPERATURE IS REACHED.  TIMES MAY VARY.
LARGE:
COOK FROM THAWED, NOT FROZEN. THAW IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT PREHEAT OVEN TO 425. REMOVE PLASTIC COVER AND COVER WITH FOIL, BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 45-60 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND CONTINUE TO BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.
