INGREDIENTS: FOGO ISLAND COD, LEEKS, CELERY, FENNEL, CARROT, BAY LEAVES, WHITE COOKING WINE, MILK, CREAM, CORN STARCH, DIJON MUSTARD, PARSLEY, DILL, AGED CHEDDAR, BUTTER, POTATO.
 HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
SMALL: Remove Plastic Cover.Preheat oven to 350 Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes. Or microwave until desired temperature is reached.
LARGE: Remove Plastic Cover. Preheat oven to 350 Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for 10-15 minutes. Or microwave until desired temperature is reached.
