Make This : Fig, Orange & Ginger Chutney

This chutney is fantastic for any style of chicken preparation – whether it’s grilled, baked, or on the BBQ!


  • Canola Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Small Yellow Onion – cut brunoise
  • Thyme & Again Fig Jam – 1 small jar (106ml)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
  • Pulp Free Orange Juice – ¼ cup
  • Zest of one Orange
  • Water – ½ cup

In a sauce pot on medium heat saute the onions in a little bit of canola oil.

Once onions are translucent add all remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat until sauce starts to thicken.  Be sure to stir often.  Once chutney is thick, season to taste with salt and pepper.
